Michelle A. Howe

Michelle first started working as a Veterinary Assistant in Memphis, Tennessee. She worked nights for two years at an animal emergency hospital, and then three years with a house call veterinarian. During her time at the emergency hospital she did kitten and cat rescue and worked for a veterinarian who specialized in skin allergies and internal medicine. It was later, while working for Memphis Mobile Veterinary, that she first saw acupuncture used on cats, dogs and horses.
In late 1998 Michelle moved to England to marry her British fiance. She resided there for five and a half years. During that time she attended North Hertfordshire College and studied for a diploma in holistic therapies. This included Swedish massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Anatomy and Physiology.
Michelle and her husband are now in the process of setting up house in California. They currently have one kitten, an Abyssinian named Aries. They look forward to having more Abbys in the future, as well as a Pomeranian.
Michelle is very interested in learning more about acupuncture, Chinese herbs, and holistic medicine. She is very grateful to have found Limehouse Clinic, where she will be able to learn to her heart’s content.
